Meet Our Catholic Life Team

Sister Caroline

"I am very happy to be a part of the Catholic Life Team at St. Ethelbert's. Everybody works very hard as a team to develop the children's faith. We all do our best to ensure that the children learn all about the Catholic faith."

Mrs. Maynard

Being a member of the Catholic Life team at St Ethelbert’s means living out our faith through action, service, and love. We work together to nurture a school community where Gospel values are at the heart of all we do. Our role is to celebrate and strengthen the Catholic identity of our school, encouraging every pupil to recognise their unique worth and to live with kindness, compassion, and hope.

Mrs. Rodrigues

Being a part of St. Ethelbert's Catholic Life Team means a great deal to me. I love to inspire the children to find out more about their faith and to build a closer relationship with God. I enjoy teaching the children stories about Jesus and showing them how Jesus told us to treat others as we would like to be treated. Giving opportunities for our children to serve others, locally, nationally and globally, is an important part of their spiritual development.

Mrs. Evans

Being part of the Catholic Life team is an exciting and important role to play in the development of our children's spirituality and faith. Religious education means not only sharing the teachings of the catholic faith with our children but supporting them in the development of their individual religious identity. The curriculum poses challenging and engaging questions for our children and enabling them to rise to these challenges is a wonderful thing. Being part of a child's discovery is a privilege, even more so when it involves something as personal as who they are and their faith.
